We want you to love your Najah Specialties purchase. Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging when applicable.

Custom, personalized, made to order, clearance/final sale items, and opened personal products are not eligible for return or refund except when damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for eligible standard returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error by Najah Specialties.

Cancellation request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Orders that have already been fulfilled or custom products that have entered production cannot be canceled.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise should be reported within three days of delivery with the order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
